Return to Duty With Our SAP program

Whatever it is that got you here, we will help get you through it.

DOT SAP Program Near Me

When Do I Need A SAP Program?

DOT mandated safety-sensitive employee who fails a drug test will need to complete requirements with a Qualified Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) in order to return to duty. Resilient Return Counseling Solutions is here to address these needs and will guide you to completion in a timely manner.

Take note: The SAP fee is separate from the cost of fulfilling your requirements. Legally, your SAP must refer you to an external provider for those requirements, which are your responsibility to complete and pay for independently. No SAP can manage both the evaluations and the follow-up requirements.

  • Initial evaluation

  • Treatment recommendations

  • Follow-up evaluation

  • SAP Report (to be sent to employer)
